Yes, we can arrange collection from your business, school or organisation. Depending on the size and location of the job, this may be by courier, pallet collection or arranged van collection.
For larger collections, we can work with you to choose a suitable time, including quieter periods such as school holidays, office closures or planned IT refresh dates.

No, a full asset list is helpful but not essential. You can send a spreadsheet, PDF, CSV, photos, or even a rough description of what you have.
If you only know approximate quantities or general device types, that is fine. We can help you work through the details and advise what is worth collecting, trading in or recycling.

We usually start with an estimated valuation based on the device type, model, specification, age, quantity and likely resale value. For some headline items, such as iPads or MacBooks, we may be able to give a clearer guide price early in the process.
The final valuation is confirmed after inspection. You will receive a clear breakdown, and payment is made once the final valuation has been accepted.

Yes, secure data erasure is available where required and where technically possible. We use BitRaser data erasure software for supported devices and can provide confirmation once the process is complete.
Some devices may be locked, damaged, missing storage or otherwise unsuitable for standard wiping. In those cases, we will advise on the most appropriate next step.

Yes, we can provide individual data erasure certificates per device where data erasure has been completed successfully.
Certificates are most commonly provided for data-bearing devices such as Macs, Windows laptops, iPads and other suitable equipment. If certificates are required for your internal records, please let us know at the start of the process.

Our aim is always to reuse equipment wherever possible, as this is usually the best environmental outcome and can help recover more value for your organisation.
Where equipment cannot be reused, we can arrange responsible recycling and provide appropriate recycling or WEEE documentation where applicable. We also plant a tree for every trade-in.

Payment is made after the equipment has been inspected and the final valuation has been accepted.
The timescale can depend on the size and complexity of the collection, but we will keep you updated throughout the process. For larger mixed collections, we provide a clear valuation breakdown so you can review it before accepting.
