Five ways to send us your Mac
All are free to use and fully tracked. Not sure which suits you? Here's exactly how each one works.
Courier collection
We offer UPS collections from your address, where you can select a date that's convenient for you. UPS don't provide hourly slots, so the collection window is generally between 9am and 5pm.
If the first collection is missed, we'll reschedule it free of charge. Any collections needed after that will be deducted from your final value.
Don't have a box? We can provide one to ship your device(s) to us, and we'll include the UPS label inside it for the collection. We'll confirm the box details with you once your trade in has been submitted.

DPD exchange
If you don't have suitable packaging, our DPD exchange is the easiest option. A DPD driver arrives at your address with a box, you simply place your Mac inside, and the same driver takes it away with them there and then. There's nothing to print, pack in advance or arrange separately.
Once you've submitted your trade in, we'll confirm the box details with you before anything is booked, so you know exactly what's coming and that it's the right size for your device(s).

Courier drop-off
We offer DPD drop-off labels for eligible devices, which can be dropped off at a variety of locations including the Post Office. Find your nearest drop-off point with the DPD (UK) pickup point finder.
Larger devices like iMacs aren't suitable for drop-off. For those, we'll arrange a UPS collection from your address instead.

In person drop off
If you're local to our warehouse in Harrogate, you can schedule a time to drop your device off in person instead of having it shipped.

Using your own courier
You're welcome to send your device(s) to us using your own courier, arranged by yourself. You can use any tracked service you choose, as long as the device(s) are packed well and securely.
As you're arranging this yourself, we aren't responsible for any shipping issues with the device.

Selling as a bulk trade?
If you're sending a bulk trade, shipping is arranged separately depending on the number of devices, your location and the packaging available. You're welcome to use your own courier, or we can arrange a suitable method between us. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
